Thales and Randstad Digital France have officially announced their partnership for a future range of cybersecurity services. The two groups are joining forces to provide their customers with a unique solution that will enable them to fight cyber-attacks even more efficiently. In this context, Randstad Digital talents will be trained in the use of the solution IAM (identity and access management) "Thales OneWelcome Identity Platforms" developed and distributed by Thales.

An innovative partnership for further advances in data security

According to Randstad Group's latest Digital Transformation Report, 72% of businesses rank cybersecurity and data protection among their top priorities for the next 5 years. In response to a significant increase in cyber-attacks and their growing complexity, Randstad Digital and Thales have decided to join forces to offer their customers a new solution. Thales has developed the "Thales OneWelcome Identity Platform" solution, which enables customers to protect their data. The tool allows secure collaboration and secure data access, with rapid deployment and complete user management. It is within this framework that Randstad Digital is stepping in to expand this project: by training 700 employees by 2027 in the use of this platform, in order to support their customers in the deployment of this solution.

This new stage in the collaboration between Thales and Randstad Digital will enable Randstad Digital consultants to strengthen their expertise around cybersecurity. This will involve training on Thales' specialized identity and access management (IAM) products. Initiated in France in December 2023, the project aims to offer this solution to our international customers by 2024, in particular by training consultants in nearshore and offshore countries such as Romania, Portugal and India.

An outstanding training program to speed time-to-market with the solution

To benefit from the full potential of the "Thales OneWelcome Identity Platform" solution, upskilling/reskilling programs have been set up at Randstad Digital's headquarters in Issy Les Moulineaux, in the brand-new "Thales Tech Center".

These programs are open to both internal Group employees and external candidates with an interest in cybersecurity who would like to join Randstad Digital to take part. They target profiles with a passion for cybersecurity and a strong desire to specialize in Thales products. This on-site training program confirms Randstad Digital's strategy of positioning itself as an expert and preferred partner in the infrastructure and cybersecurity professions.
